Botox Price Philippines 2026: ₱600 per Unit, Cost by Area
Botox is priced per unit, not per face — which is why quotes look so different from clinic to clinic. Here's how the maths works, with typical costs by area and what a fair quote looks like in Metro Manila.
If you've asked three clinics for a Botox price and got three very different numbers, you're not imagining it. Botox isn't sold like a facial. It's a prescription medicine dosed in units, and clinics quote it in different ways — which makes prices hard to compare.
This guide explains how the price is actually built, what common areas typically cost, and how to tell a fair quote from one that's cheap for the wrong reasons.
How much is Botox in the Philippines?
A unit is a measure of dose. Your doctor decides how many units go into each muscle, and the total is multiplied by the clinic's price per unit.
Botox at SOI Clinic: ₱600 per unit. Doctor-administered at our BGC and Quezon City branches. The number of units depends on the area and your muscle strength, and your exact quote is confirmed at consultation — no commitment. See Botox details
So the real question isn't "how much is Botox?" but "how many units do I need?"
Botox cost by area
Dose varies from person to person, so treat these as illustrative ranges rather than a quote. The unit counts are commonly cited ranges; your doctor sets the actual dose after watching how your muscles move.
| Area | Typical units (varies) | Approx. cost at ₱600/unit |
|---|---|---|
| Forehead lines | 10 – 20 | ₱6,000 – ₱12,000 |
| Frown lines (between the brows) | 15 – 25 | ₱9,000 – ₱15,000 |
| Crow's feet (both sides) | 15 – 25 | ₱9,000 – ₱15,000 |
| Jaw / masseter ("Jawtox", both sides) | 40 – 60 | ₱24,000 – ₱36,000 |
| Underarm sweating ("Sweatox") | Quoted at consultation | Quoted at consultation |
Two things to notice. First, treating several areas adds up quickly, so it's worth asking your doctor which one or two will make the biggest difference to how you look. Second, stronger muscles — the jaw is the obvious one — need more units. That's biology, not upselling.
Why Botox quotes look so different
1. Per-unit vs. per-area pricing. Some clinics quote a flat price for "forehead" or "full upper face." That can be fair, but ask how many units it includes. A flat price with a low unit count can look cheap and under-deliver.
2. The dose actually used. Using fewer units is the quiet way to cut a price. The result is weaker or fades faster, and you end up paying again sooner.
3. The product and where it comes from. Botox is a brand-name medicine. Ask which product is used, and be cautious about prices well below the local market.
4. Who injects it. Placement and dose are a medical skill. A doctor-led clinic is part of what you're paying for.
The fairer way to compare: cost per month
Botox typically lasts around 3–4 months, so it's a recurring cost. Divide the price by how long it lasts and quotes become much easier to compare.
| Example | Price on the day | Lasts | Cost per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Frown lines, properly dosed | ₱12,000 | ~4 months | ~₱3,000 |
| Same area, under-dosed "promo" | ₱7,000 | ~6 weeks | ~₱4,700 |
The second option looks cheaper and costs more. These figures are illustrative, but the principle holds: ask about units, not just the headline price.
What you're paying for, step by step
A good appointment is more than the injection:
- Assessment. Your doctor watches you frown, raise your brows and smile, then maps where the dose should go.
- The treatment. A few quick injections with a very fine needle. Most people find it well tolerated, and it's over in minutes.
- The wait. Botox doesn't work instantly. It starts to show in 3–5 days and reaches its full effect at around two weeks.
- Review. Two weeks is when a small adjustment, if needed, is assessed. Ask how the clinic handles this before you book.
Jawtox and Sweatox: when Botox isn't about wrinkles
Two uses surprise first-timers:
- Jawtox relaxes an enlarged jaw (masseter) muscle to soften a square lower face over time. It uses more units than wrinkle treatment, which is why it costs more. If a slimmer face is your goal, our face slimming guide explains when Botox is — and isn't — the right tool.
- Sweatox reduces underarm sweating. Dosing depends on the area, so it's quoted at consultation.
Botox or filler? Don't pay for the wrong one
People often book Botox for lines that are really about lost volume. Botox relaxes the muscles behind expression lines — the ones that appear when you frown or squint. It doesn't fill hollows or folds that are there at rest. That's the job of a dermal filler.
| Botox | Dermal filler | |
|---|---|---|
| What it does | Relaxes muscle | Adds volume |
| Best for | Expression lines | Hollows, folds, contour |
| Onset | Builds over ~2 weeks | Immediate |
| Lasts | ~3–4 months | Many months or longer |
Our Profhilo vs fillers vs Botox guide goes deeper. And if your concern is skin that looks looser rather than lined, a non-injectable such as Ultra Tightening may be a better fit.
How to make your result last (and protect what you paid)
- Stay upright for about four hours afterwards and don't rub the area for 24 hours.
- Skip intense exercise, saunas and facials for 24 hours.
- Avoid alcohol for a day before, to reduce bruising.
- Book your review rather than guessing whether it "took."
What to ask before you book
- How many units are included in this quote, and for which areas?
- Which Botox product do you use?
- Will a doctor assess and inject me?
- What happens if I need a small adjustment after two weeks?
- Is there anything in my medical history that means I shouldn't have it?
Botox is good value if you have expression lines and want a softer, natural look — as long as the quote is clear about units and the injector is a doctor. It isn't the right tool for volume loss or sagging skin, and it isn't suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding or with certain neuromuscular conditions. Results vary, and we'd rather tell you at consultation if something else will serve you better.
