Glutathione
Glutathione Drip Price Philippines 2026: ₱2,500–₱5,000
The price of one glutathione drip tells you very little. What matters is what's in it, who gives it, and what a full course adds up to. Here's the honest budget view.
A single price for a glutathione drip tells you surprisingly little. One clinic's ₱1,500 and another's ₱6,000 can be different formulas, different doses, and very different levels of care. So rather than list numbers, this guide shows you what the price is made of and what a course really adds up to.
How much is a glutathione drip in the Philippines?
Glutathione drips at SOI Clinic: Japanese Drip (NC24) — ₱2,500 per session · Korean Drip — ₱5,000 per session · 30–45 minutes · No downtime · BGC & Quezon City. Compare the two drips
Across Metro Manila you'll see prices from a few hundred pesos to several thousand per session. That spread isn't random. It follows the four things below.
What you're actually paying for
1. What's in the bag. A glutathione-only formula costs less than one combined with vitamin C and B vitamins. At SOI, that's the difference between the Japanese Drip and the Korean Drip.
2. The dose. "Stronger" isn't automatically better. Your liver and kidneys process what's infused, and very high doses add risk rather than glow.
3. Who gives it, and where. A drip goes into a vein. Trained clinical staff, a clean clinic and a plan for reactions are part of the price — and the part you should care about most.
4. The screening. A proper provider asks about your health, medication and pregnancy before anything is prepared. That takes time, and time costs money.
The real number: what a course costs
Brightening builds gradually, so one session is rarely the plan. The useful figure is the course.
| Japanese Drip (NC24) | Korean Drip | |
|---|---|---|
| Per session | ₱2,500 | ₱5,000 |
| 4 sessions | ₱10,000 | ₱20,000 |
| 8 sessions | ₱20,000 | ₱40,000 |
| Monthly maintenance (per visit) | ₱2,500 | ₱5,000 |
These totals are simple multiplication to help you budget, not a prescribed course. Many clients start weekly or fortnightly and then move to monthly maintenance; your schedule is recommended at consultation.
Which drip fits which budget?
- You mainly want a brighter, more even tone: the Japanese Drip is the focused option at half the price per session.
- You want brightening plus an energy and wellness boost: the Korean Drip adds vitamin C and B vitamins.
- You're not sure a drip is right at all: for dark spots or uneven texture, a skin treatment such as Carbon Laser may address the concern more directly. See the carbon laser price guide.
Why ₱500 glutathione is a red flag
Bargain drips usually save money in places you can't see:
- products with no verified source or dose;
- someone without medical training putting a line in your vein;
- home service or "gluta parties" with no screening and no emergency plan.
The saving is small and the downside is not. Our glutathione safety guide covers what to check in detail.
Push or drip: is the cheaper one good enough?
You'll see two formats advertised:
| IV push | IV drip | |
|---|---|---|
| How it's given | A slow injection over a few minutes | An infusion over 30–45 minutes |
| Usually contains | Often glutathione alone | Glutathione plus vitamins and fluids |
| Typical pricing | Lower | Higher |
A push isn't automatically worse, and a drip isn't automatically better. The format matters less than the formula, the dose and whether you were screened first. Compare those, then the price.
How to get value from a course
- Protect the result. Daily sunscreen matters more than any drip. Without it, sun exposure undoes the brightening you paid for.
- Keep to the schedule. Irregular sessions make it hard to see what's working.
- Review at the midpoint. If you see no change halfway through a course, raise it instead of buying more.
- Take a photo first. Same light, same spot. Gradual change is hard to judge from memory.
Five questions to ask before you pay
- What exactly is in this drip, and what is the dose?
- Who will administer it, and what is their training?
- Will you ask about my health history and medication first?
- How many sessions do you expect I'll need, and what will that cost in total?
- What happens if I react during the infusion?
A clinic that answers all five plainly is worth more than one that only quotes a low price.
What glutathione will and won't do
It can support a brighter, more even-looking complexion over a course, alongside sun protection and good skincare. It will not permanently change your natural skin colour, and it won't erase melasma or deep pigmentation by itself. If someone promises a specific number of shades, be sceptical.
A glutathione drip can be worth it if you want gradual, overall brightening and you're prepared for a course and maintenance. It isn't suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with kidney conditions, or with an allergy to any ingredient — and it isn't the right tool for stubborn dark spots. Results vary, and we'll tell you at consultation if another treatment fits better.
