Mesolipo
Mesolipo Price Philippines: ₱3,500–₱15,000 & 7 Questions
Fat-reducing injections sound almost too convenient. Before you book Mesolipo, here are seven questions worth asking — with straight answers on price, swelling, sessions and who it genuinely suits.
Injections that reduce stubborn fat without surgery sound great. They also raise fair questions. Rather than one long sales pitch, here are the seven questions people actually ask before booking Mesolipo, answered plainly.
1. How much is Mesolipo in the Philippines?
Mesolipo at SOI Clinic: ₱3,500 – ₱15,000. The price depends on the size and number of areas treated — a small zone like the chin is at the lower end. Your doctor confirms an exact quote at consultation. See Mesolipo details
Three things move the price within that range:
- The size of the area. Under the chin needs far less product than both upper arms.
- How many areas you treat. Each zone is planned separately.
- How many sessions the course needs. Ask for the expected total, not only the price of one visit.
Be cautious of a single flat price quoted without anyone looking at the area. Fat pockets differ in size, and so should the plan.
2. How does Mesolipo work?
Mesolipo is a form of mesotherapy. A lipolytic (fat-reducing) solution is injected into the thin layer of fat just under the skin through many small injections. It disrupts the membranes of fat cells in that pocket, and your body clears the released contents over the following weeks through the lymphatic system.
That last part matters: the injection starts the process, but your body does the clearing, which is why results are gradual and why water and movement help.
3. Which areas can it treat?
It's designed for small, localised pockets, not general slimming.
| Area | What people want | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|
| Under the chin | A cleaner jawline | Often the smallest, lowest-cost zone |
| Upper arms | Less fullness at the back of the arm | Works best when skin is still firm |
| Bra line / waist | Smoother contour under clothes | Usually several injection points |
| Inner thighs | Refining a specific pocket | Expect more swelling in larger areas |
If the area is large, or the skin over it is loose, a different treatment may suit you better — see question 6.
4. Does it hurt, and what does recovery look like?
Expect some stinging during the injections. Afterwards, swelling, tenderness, warmth or bruising for a few days is normal and is part of how the treatment works. A rough timeline:
- Day 0–1: the area feels warm and tender, and may look more swollen than before.
- Days 2–5: swelling and any bruising settle.
- Weeks 2–6: the contour gradually refines as your body clears the fat.
There's no surgery and no formal recovery period, but you probably won't want a big event the same evening. Plan it at least a week or two before anything where the area will be on show.
5. How many sessions will I need?
Results aren't instant, and most people need a course. Your doctor plans the number after seeing the area. Anyone promising a dramatic change in one visit is overselling.
You can help the result along:
- Drink plenty of water in the days after each session.
- Stay active — it supports the clearing process.
- Keep your weight stable. Treated fat cells are reduced, but the remaining ones can still grow.
6. Mesolipo vs RF slimming: which is right for me?
This is the question that stops most people from wasting money.
| Mesolipo | RF body slimming | |
|---|---|---|
| Method | Fat-reducing injections | Radiofrequency heating |
| Best for | Small, defined fat pockets | Fat with some loose skin |
| Skin firming | Mild | A core benefit |
| Sensation | Injections, then swelling | Warm, massage-like |
| Downtime | A few days of swelling | None |
| SOI price | ₱3,500 – ₱15,000 by area | From ₱8,000 per session |
If your concern is fat with some skin laxity across the tummy or arms, RF Tummy Slimming may suit you better. If it's a small, stubborn pocket such as the chin or bra line, Mesolipo is more targeted. For the face specifically, Facial Contouring tightens rather than reduces fat. Our guide to slimming treatments in Manila compares the body options side by side, and the face slimming guide covers the chin and jaw.
7. Who should not have Mesolipo?
Mesolipo isn't suitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have an active infection or skin problem in the area, or have certain medical conditions — your doctor screens for these first. Tell them about any medication or supplements, especially anything that thins the blood.
It's also the wrong choice if you're hoping to lose weight overall. It refines a shape; it doesn't change the number on the scale.
Mesolipo is worth considering if you're close to your goal weight and a specific pocket won't budge with diet and exercise. It's not for pregnancy or breastfeeding, active skin infection in the area, or as a substitute for weight loss — and if your real issue is loose skin rather than fat, another treatment will serve you better. Results vary, and we'll say so at consultation.
