1. How many steps are included
This is the big one. The treatment is named for its steps — cleanse, exfoliate, a mild acid loosening pass, extractions, and the hydrating serum infusion. A cheaper quote often quietly drops the extraction step or the serum infusion, which are the two that do most of the visible work. Ask what's included before you compare numbers.
2. Whether extractions are extra
Some clinics price the base facial low and charge separately for extractions. If you have congestion or blackheads — which is most people booking this treatment — that add-on is not optional, and it changes the real price considerably.
3. The device
The full vortex-fusion system is a specific piece of equipment. Generic hydradermabrasion machines do a similar job at a lower cost to the clinic, and that saving shows up in the price. The result is often decent; it is not always the same.
4. The serums used
The infusion step is where clinics differentiate. A basic hyaluronic acid blend costs less than a targeted serum with peptides and antioxidants. Neither is wrong — but a higher price should come with a clear answer about what's going into your skin.

How many sessions do you actually need?
This is where honest expectations matter more than the price.
The glow peaks around 2–3 days after a session and stays visible for roughly 5–7 days. That is genuinely useful before a wedding, a shoot, or an event — book it about three days ahead, not the morning of.
The longer-term benefits are different. Clearer pores, smoother texture and better absorption of your own skincare build across a course. Most people start at one session every 2–4 weeks for the first two to three months, then settle into roughly monthly maintenance. If congestion or acne is the main concern, the early sessions are usually spaced more closely.
